We Are GeoDomeX
Meet the team behind the product.
GeoDomeX was born in 2021 when our founder, Naglis had a thought. “What if we could somehow make Geodesic domes accessible to everyone, with a simple affordable kit that doesn’t require lots of materials and extensive planning.” A year later, after extensive research and design we created our first model of GeoDomeX, a fully transparent garden pod that fits in a single box.
When our initial batch of customers received their sets, we were inundated with emails, pictures and videos of our customers showing off their brand new setups and what they had built. After seeing all the creative and unique ways GeoDomeX was being used and how passionate our customers were about their new space we knew we were onto something exciting.
Ever since then we’ve continued to develop GeoDomeX into what it is today, with a key focus on ensuring the experience of buying and owning a GeoDomeX is as simple as possible.

Amazon Black Friday Live
How GeoDomeX created a unique event space for Amazon, showcasing their Echo product range ready for Christmas.
The Black Friday Live Event, hosted by Amazon in November 2021 featured dozens of immersive ways people could explore potential gift ideas. Joined by familiar faces from tv, music and social media, it also provided a chance to highlight small and emerging businesses, utilising the Amazon platform.
GeoDomeX was approached by Amazon to feature one of the pods, dressed up as a festive igloo, as a beautiful photo opportunity and a chance to interact with the new Amazon Echo.
GeoDomeX enhanced the customer experience by providing the following:

The simplistic design of GeoDomeX allows the user to get creative in executing their idea. In this instance, a snowy Christmas scene was designed, creating a magical experience for users to enjoy.

A GeoDomeX isn’t something people are used to seeing everyday! It’s intriguing and distinctive shape encourages people to visit and explore. The space provided Amazon with an eye-catching and interactive area to highlight their new product.
Transparent privacy.
Striking the balance between an intimate guest experiences and a larger scale immersive event can be difficult. At the Amazon event guests were able to appreciate the full spectacle of the scenes around them whilst from the comfort and seclusion of the GeoDomeX.

Nature's Edge Cabin
How GeoDomeX created an exclusive one of a kind experience that 10X'd their booking and occupancy rate.
Nature’s Edge Cabin is an Airbnb stay, nestled deep in the Worcestershire countryside. The cabin offers a luxurious and tranquil place to relax and unwind, where guests can enjoy the main cabin as well as utilising a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, hammocks, a fire pit and an outdoor cinema. Two GeoDomeX domes are used for private yoga sessions and massage, or dining and lounging under the stars.
Since the addition of GeoDomeX in Feb 2022, 100% of guests have given the location a five star rating, classifying it as a ‘great location’. Steve (the owner and creator), now holds ‘Superhost’ status; achieved by an overall rating of over 4.8 stars, as well as maintaining good communication and listing accuracy.

Siya Garden is an exclusive outdoor lounge based in Birmingham. The location hosts an inside space, terrace, and 5 GeoDomeX pods that customers can book out. They serve food, desserts, drinks and also Shisha. Siya Gardens have designed the GeoDomeX pods as lounging areas for people to smoke Shisha and relax outside but also with the privacy of their own dome. As they open in the late afternoon, until midnight, the domes provide a really ambient location for customers to enjoy the bar atmosphere but with the additional privacy of their own pod.
In seven months Siya Garden have already established themselves well on Instagram, with over 3000 followers, with many customers sharing their unique experience on TikTok too. Siya Gardens have also earned a 4.3 star review on Google.

How is GeoDomeX packaged and delivered?
GeoDomeX is delivered by standard shipping couriers in most cases. It arrives in two boxes allowing for easier manoeuvrability from door to assemble space.
Do I need any specific tools or skills to assemble GeoDomeX?
No. The kit includes all panels and fixings as well as a screwdriver. Depending on your anchoring method you may also require a hammer and pegs or a drill and screws.
How long does it take to assemble GeoDomeX?
It takes 2 people an average of 4 hours to build GeoDomeX. We also provide an assembly service that can be selected at check out should you require it.
Can I move my dome to another location?
Yes. GeoDomeX can be disassembled and reassembled in another location. It is also possible to move the dome as one piece with 3-6 people.
Is planning permission or a building permit required?
No. As permanent foundations are not required, GeoDomeX is classed as a temporary structure in the UK and therefore usually does not require any planning permission or permits. Please check with your local council for your local regulations. We can’t advise for countries outside of the UK.
Do I need to prepare the space before I assemble my GeoDomeX?
No, you just need to check the ground is level around the circumference of the dome. When anchoring, ensure there is no underground media such as water pipes or electrical cables.
I plan to use GeoDomeX commercially. Is it fire resistant?
Yes. It has a European Fire Rating of A2 - Non-combustable.
Is there a warranty?
Every dome comes with a 10+ year lifespan and a 5 year manufacturers part warranty that includes free replacement parts.
